Removing toxins from your child's diet will be an invaluable tool in restoring your child's health. Start with removing what you can, and work your way through the list.

There are types of ingredients that should be removed from diets of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), such as food colorings, Monosodium glutamate (MSG), artificial sweeteners, nitrates, high fructose corn syrup, pesticides and others. Eating organically will remove these from your diet. There is substantial evidence that genetically modified organisms (GMOs) should also be avoided for our kids, since they cannot detox naturally. A Whole Food Diet may be the answer, or at least a help for your family.
