Start basic supplementation and probiotics
People with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are lacking or unable to utilize certain vitamins from diet and need to supplement for those. It is recommended that you have tests run to determine which supplements your child needs and in what dosages, which are generally calculated by weight. Probiotics are crucial to people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). There are many strains and types you can give in pills, powder, chewables and through certain foods. The use of antibiotics also creates a special circumstance for WHEN you give probiotics. You must not give antibiotics and probiotics at the same time. Space them out, or the antibiotic will kill the probiotic. For example, if you give the antibiotics at 7 am and 4 pm, you want to give the probiotics at noon and bedtime (8/9 pm).
