Erica Basso, DC
Dr. Erica Basso was born and raised in South Florida and attended the University of Central Florida where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Services Administration. She then relocated to Georgia and completed her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at Life University, where she graduated with honors.
Dr. Basso has post-doctorate training in pediatric and prenatal care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, and is CACCP board eligible. Dr. Basso also has an Advanced Proficiency Certification in Torque Release Technique, as well as extensive training in Functional Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine, Carrick Institute and Intersect 4 Life.
In her spare time Dr. Erica enjoys hiking with her dogs, spending time with her husband and son, and playing softball.

Monika Buerger, BA, DC
Dr. Buerger graduated from Life Chiropractic College-West in 1991. She also has an undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Fresno. She has enjoyed extensive post graduate training in the areas of neurodevelopment, functional neurology, neuronutrition and functional medicine. She currently has a private family practice in Ammon, Idaho that is dedicated to serving those with neurodevelopmental challenges, neurodegenerative disorders and chronic health issues. She is the pioneer in the chiropractic profession when it comes to working with children that have Neurosensory and Neurodevelopmental Disorders.
She is a contributing author to the text book Pediatric Chiropractic, Volume I and Volume II with chapters on Pediatric History and Physical Exam, Neurodevelopmental Disorders and Sensory Processing Disorder. She has been lecturing nationally and internationally for over 15 years and is the founder of the Intersect4Life mentoring and on-line Learning Academy with various CE classes focusing on functional neurology, neurodevelopment, methylation biochemistry and functional nutrition.
She is the founder of the Intersect4Life mentoring and on-line Learning Academy with various CE classes focusing on the four key systems of the body: neuroimmune, neurogastric, neuroendocrine and neurosensory and their relationship to chiropractic care as well as the “3 M’s”, methylation, mitochondria and metabolism, in order to obtain optimal physical and mental health with all patients.

Jonathan Chung, DC
Dr. Jonathan Chung is an upper cervical chiropractor trained by the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Microbiology and Molecular Biology and went on and received his doctorate from Life University’s College of Chiropractic. Dr. Chung research interests include the physiology of the atlas subluxation complex in relationship to post-concussion syndrome and neurodegenerative disorders. He has published case studies peer-reviewed chiropractic journals and presented at several chiropractic associations and research conferences .

Tracy Fritz, MD, FAAFP
Dr. Tracy Fritz is cofounder of Little Flower Center for Integrative Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. She provides specialized care to patient populations including children with Autism Spectrum and related disorders, as well as adults with chronic medical conditions. Dr. Fritz received her B.A. in English Literature from Boston University. She received her M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at Naval Hospital Pensacola. Dr. Fritz is a fellow in the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs (MAPS).

Emily, Kalambaheti, DC
Dr. Emily Kalambaheti is a staff clinician and board-certified chiropractic neurologist at Plasticity Brain Centers of Orlando. She graduated magna cum laude with her Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus. Growing up in Iowa, she attended the University of Iowa and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and was a member of the Iowa National Guard. While Dr. Kalambaheti is board eligible for the American Board of Functional Neurology and American Board of Neurochemistry and Nutrition, she continues to grow and learn from her patients daily.

Matthew McCoy DC, MPH
Matthew McCoy DC, MPH has spent the better part of the past 30 years focused on exploring the clinical and scientific facets of vertebral subluxation. He is a strong advocate of objective outcome assessment tools to evaluate subluxation both clinically and from a research perspective. A clinician, researcher and educator, Dr. McCoy was a Professor at Life University for 18 years and taught diagnosis, management and research to senior level students. His interests also include public health, health policy and health outcomes research. He is currently the Publisher of several research journals devoted to exploring vertebral subluxation, is the CEO & Co-Founder of the ChiroFutures Malpractice Insurance Program, Vice President for the Foundation for Vertebral Subluxation and is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Sherman College of Chiropractic.

Sonia McGowin, DC
Dr. Sonia McGowin, DC is a Chiropractor pursuing her MAPS (Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs) certification. Dr. McGowin is a graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City and lives in Jefferson City, MO with her husband, Shannon, and her children Libby and Roan. For 14 years, she was the Deputy Director of Outreach Services for the Judevine Center for Autism (now called Easter Seals Midwest), working with families with autism across 92 counties of Missouri. She has a large private practice in Missouri, where she focuses her expertise on using a biomedical and nutritional approach with children with autism, PANS, PANDAS, ADD/HD, learning disabilities and other neurological issues. She uses a variety of approaches in her practice including lab testing, the IonCleanse by AMD, chiropractic, supplements, food allergy and sensitivity testing, and essential oils.
Dr McGowin is also a parent of a child with unique needs. As a toddler, her son displayed many troubling issues, including sleep problems, severe eczema and a significant speech delay; traditional medicine offered no hope or help for her family. After undertaking biomedical intervention, he is now indistinguishable from his peers.

Samantha Potrzebowski, DC
Dr. Samantha Potrzebowski is a graduate of Life University’s College of Chiropractic and practices in Roswell, Georgia. Growing up with two siblings that have special needs, Dr. Potrzebowski has always been drawn to helping those with neuro-developmental challenges. As a result, Dr. Potrzebowski has completed extensive post-doctorate training in pediatrics to include the management of neuro-developmental disorders. She has utilized her expertise to create Forward Momentum, a therapy program which focuses on improving visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive deficits. In her free time, Dr. Potrzebowski likes to play tennis and spend time with her family. Together with her husband, she enjoys attending CrossFit, taking her dogs on hiking adventures, and traveling to new places.

Ian Shtulman, DC
Dr. Ian Shtulman is a second-generation chiropractor in private practice in Palm Beach County, Florida. After graduating from Life University with the Philosophy Distinction award, he became a Diplomate in Chiropractic Pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. His passion for perinatal chiropractic led him to being the in-house chiropractor at a birth center and a CE speaker for chiropractors, midwives, and childbirth educators. He has fostered relationships with OB/GYNs and pediatricians and is particularly interested in establishing subluxation correction as a routine component of prenatal and pediatric healthcare.

Dr. Chad Yarbrough is co-owner and Director of Research for MaxGen Labs. Starting clinical practice as a chiropractor in 2011, he enjoyed complicated cases. He soon began using nutrigenomics and advanced laboratory analysis to discover the root cause of chronic health concerns. His specific interests included pre-conception and spectrum needs. His success in practice lead to collaborations with leading experts in the field of functional medicine where he created protocols that allowed for efficient and safe outcomes for various types of patients. After joining a team of doctors in Houston, Texas, it became apparent that there was a lack of reliable and safe options for genetic testing. MaxGen Labs was born out of the need for clinically relevant nutrigenomic testing. Offering services to both the public and practitioners, MaxGen Labs is leading the way for personalized nutrition and functional medicine.
