Description

Dietary interventions seem to provide the most effective way of shifting the immune system. . Diets such as Casein-free/Gluten-free/Sugar-free diets seems to be the most beneficial intervention in ARI parent surveys. However, picking the right type of diet needs to be individualized and can be confusing. Specific dietary detours such as FAILSAFE, Low Oxalate, Low FODMAPS, Low Glutamate, Low Sulfur, Rotation, Ketogenic or Modified Atkins Diets can provide much needed support and overall health benefits.
