Description

This presentation will cover the latest research on gut microbiome science. Enzymes, pre-, pro-, and postbiotics can work together to fine-tune and personalize individual microbiomes. Food fiber is now known to be vitally important in diversifying the biome population. Not all fiber works equally well in the colon and certain enzymes should not be used to break down certain fibers. Postbiotics are the next movers in gut health, and emphasis will be placed on how they work and can individualize gut performance.
