The SDCCU OC Marathon brings together over 23,000 runners and spectators to this annual running festival. It gives runners the opportunity to run for a cause, like TACA. Create your own fundraising team or join a TACA team. Ask your friends and family to support you by donating to your team. Your endurance training will help support families on their autism journeys. Run to support and give hope to families living with autism.

here’s how you can help

Fundraise & Run for TACA Families
Create your own fundraising page.  Pick a race – set a fundraising goal – AND ask your friends and family to support you.

1. Register
2. Select “Become a Fundraiser”
3. Fill in your personal information
   • Create a custom URL that will take you to your fundraising page, which is where you will invite your friends to donate
   • Select your fundraising goal amount on the right side of the page
   • From the drop-down menu select The Autism Community in Action (TACA)
   • Choose an image of yourself you would like displayed on your fundraising page by uploading a file (.png, .jpeg, or .gif )
4. Press the blue “Set Up Fundraiser” at the bottom of the page
5. Check your email for a confirmation of your fundraising page being set-up. It will contain your unique fundraising page URL.
6. View your fundraising progress at your unique URL

1. During the registration process, you will be prompted to select “Charity” or “Fundraiser”
   • Select TACA and the amount you wish to donate
   • Select who you would like to donate on behalf of
2. If you’d like to donate to an individual fundraiser select a fundraiser and enter the amount you wish to donate

Sunday, May 7^th

• Half Marathon – Starts at 6:15 am (3.5 Hour Time Limit)
• Full Marathon – Starts at 5:30 am (7 Hour Time Limit)
