Almond Breakfast Bars GFCFSF/SCD

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a large bowl combine:

  • ¼ cup expeller pressed grapeseed oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp GF alcohol-free vanilla extract

In a small bowl combine:

  • 1 ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp GF aluminum-free baking soda

Stir dry ingredients into wet.

Mix in:

  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup almond slivers
  • ¼ cup raisins

Grease an 9" x 9" glass baking pan with grapeseed oil.

Using a scraper or wet hands press the dough evenly into the baking dish.

Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Wait for bars to cool before serving.
