Bacon and Egg Pizza Crust Sandwich - GFCFSF

Preparation:

Preheat oven according to packagePrepare the pizza crust according to the directions on the package. Separate into about 8 equal balls.  (You can freeze what you don’t use). On parchment paper dusted with GFCFSF Flour, roll the pizza dough out to about a 9 inch diameter. Transfer to a pizza pan or cookie sheet.Bake for 10 minutes, flip crust over and flatten it out, cook for 10 minutes more or until golden brown.While crust is still warm, spread inside of crust with Un-mato Sauce. Spread scrambled eggs on half the crust, sprinkle with cheese and place bacon on top.Fold Pizza crust over and slice in half.
