Baked Chicken Wings - GFCFSF

I don't typically like baked wings because they are not crispy, but these are!

2.5 lbs chicken wings
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1 teaspoon dry thyme
1 tablespoon maple syrup OR honey OR maple sugar with a teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (1 teaspoon if you like it spicy)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment and a wire rack.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then arrange - fat side up - on a rack. Bake for one hour. Remove and devour!
