Blackened Seasoning for Meats - GFCFSF

1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper OR 3/4 teaspoon white pepper (I use half of each, but white is hotter than black)
1/2 - 1 teaspoon cayenne (1 teaspoon is fine for adults, use 1/2 for kids)

Combine all together and store in airtight container.

Sprinkle on lightly oiled meats and grill for a nice blackened flavor.
