Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps

Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps - GFCFSF

 

  • 2 cups cooked chicken - I use leftover grilled or rotisserie chicken, picked off bones, without skin, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellman's Canola mayo)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickles, chopped
  • salt and pepper

 

Combine all ingredients and let sit to meld.  Serve on lettuce for wraps or GFCFSF bread for sandwiches.
