Chicken Teriyaki Burger/Slider - GFCFSF

Chicken breast (organic!)
Soy-Free Teriyaki glaze -
pineapple rings (fresh or canned)
GFCFSF burger buns (I used Udi's
Mayo or Roasted Garlic Aioli -
Lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, as you like.

Pound chicken breasts evenly thin. Cut to fit burger bun. Season with salt and pepper. Grill on BBQ, basting with teriyaki glaze until cooked through. Grill pineapple, basting with teriyaki sauce to get good grill marks, remove to plate.

Toast bun, top with mayo or aoili, chicken, pineapple, and toppings of your choosing. Devour.
