Chocolate Popsicles - GFCFSF
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (preferably Dutch-process)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Bring water, rice syrup, and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Whisk in cocoa and a pinch of salt, then whisk in vanilla. Pour into molds and freeze until solid.
