Coconut Oil Frosting - GFCFSF

1/4 cup organic coconut oil
16 oz organic powdered sugar
4-6 tablespoons coconut milk
1 teaspoon GF vanilla

In a mixer bowl, whip the coconut oil until it breaks up and becomes smooth. Add in about 1/4 of the powdered sugar, the vanilla and 2 tablespoons of milk, mix together until smooth. Keep adding powdered sugar along with tablespoons of milk as needed until everything is combined - making sure you have a smooth consistency.

Make sure cake/cupcakes are COOL or the icing will melt! This will frost one 9x13 sheet cake or 18 cupcakes.
