Cream Cheese Frosting - GFCFSF
Makes 2 cups
Put the margarine in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and paddle at medium speed until creamy, approximately 1 minute. Add the sugar and mix until whipped, approximately 1 minute.
With the motor running, pour in the vanilla and paddle for 30 seconds. Put the cream cheese in the bowl and mix until creamy, about 1 minute.
Use right away, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Do not put on a warm cake, make sure it's cold or your frosting will melt off.
