Denise's Buffalo Wings - GFCFSF


Olive oil - enough to coat baking sheet
12 oz uncooked meaty skinless chicken wing(s) with bone (can leave skin, but they much more tender without) - I use "party wings" (drummettes) but have seen it done with whole wings too.
1 recipe Taco Seasoning (below)

Taco Seasoning:
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Make seasoning – use all organic, safe, filler-free spices.

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Coat a large baking sheet with olive oil.

Mix chicken wings with taco seasoning to coat. Transfer wings to prepared baking sheet and bake until cooked through, about 18 to 20 minutes.

COOKS NOTE: If you have small children, leave out the red pepper flakes and cut down the cumin and chili powder by a third.

Serve wings with your favorite GFCFSF dip (or plain - they are great solo) and celery on the side. Or this GFCFSF sour cream.
