Easy Polenta - GFCFSF

1 cup GF corn grits/cornmeal/polenta (different names for the same thing)
3 cups chicken stock (can use vegetable too)
1/4 cup GFCFSF margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Bring chicken stock and salt to a boil. Add Corn Grits and reduce heat. Cook slowly for about 5 minutes, whisking occasionally. Remove from heat, whisk in margarine and pepper, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.

Serves 4.
