Lemon Blueberry Sauce - GFCFSF

1 pound frozen blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon arrowroot or cornstarch
1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a pot, stir to mix. Cover and cook on medium low until berries are soft and sauce has thickened, about 12-15 minutes.
