For sauce:

  • 1 1/2 cup Cashew Cream
  • 1 1/2 cup GFCFSF Imagine Leek soup (prepared)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1-1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Daiya mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound GFCFSF Fettuccine pasta, cooked to package directions, drained

 

Add all sauce ingredients in sauce pan.  Cook slowly until cheese is melted. Poor sauce on pasta and mix well.
