  • 1/2 cup cheddar DAIYA Cheese
  • 1 box GF elbow pasta
  • 3 TBLS Earth Balance Soy Free Margarine
  • 3/4 cup ORGANIC rice milk (or almond milk)
  • 3/4 cup Imagine brand butternut squash soup
  • Garlic, salt & pepper to taste

 

Sauce tips: I use Lawrys seasoning salt in the sauce instead of regular salt. If too thin - wisk in 1 tablespoon corn starch or arrowroot

Super easy recipe. Don't over cook the pasta. The sauce will keep three days. Don't reheat the entire recipe later - it tastes awful (just like the blue box). Make and eat what you need.
