Mango Ice Pops - GFCFSF

I came across these Ice Pop baggies, called Zipzicles, from a friend's Facebook page and immediately placed my order. This recipe would work for any popsicle mold but these are a fun change for summer.

2 ripe organic mangoes
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Peel and cut meat off mango. Place fruit in blender with honey and lemon. Blend, adding water as needed. The mixture should be pourable but thick, and very smooth.

Using a funnel, fill Zipzicle bags (or popsicle molds) and freeze at least 6 hours. Makes 4 ice pops.
