Naan Bread Paleo - GFCFSF

Recipes from the GFCFSF Autism Live Cooking Show – WHATS LEFT?

Replace - Sandwich bread, pizza crust or an add on to dinner as a bread replacement
½ cup Almond Flour or coconut flour
½ cup tapioca flour
1 cup canned organic coconut milk (DO NOT use “light”)
Salt to taste

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and pour batter to desired thickness (see notes below).
3. Once the batter fluffs up and looks firm/mostly cooked, flip it over to cook the other side (this can be approximately 1-2 minutes per side.)

Yield: 6-8 naan servings.
Suggestions: can be used for pizza crust (add ½ tsp basil and oregano or as a bread for lunch sandwiches.)
