Parmesan Chicken - GFCFSF

1 pound chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) or tenders
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup GF flour
1/2 cup 'Parmesan Cheese'
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Oil for frying

Heat oil in pan to medium heat. Mix flour, "cheese", salt, paprika and italian seasoning on a plate. Dip chicken in egg, then coat on all sides with flour mixture. Fry to golden brown on each side. If browning too fast, lower heat.

Serve as is or top with marinara and serve with pasta.
