Peach Jam

  • 4 cups smashed, peeled fresh peaches (i used a potato masher)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

 

Combine all ingredients in a pan and cook on medium for 10-12 minutes until thickened.  Let cool and serve.

 

If you are going to can this recipe, you will also need 1 package of no-sugar pectin and the appropriate 8-ounce jars to can with.
