Pizza Crust Rolls

1 Package of Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Yeast packet (enclosed in mix)
1/2 tsp. of salt
Toasted Sesame Seeds

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix according to directions on package but add an additional 1/2 tsp of salt. Cover the mixing bowl with either plastic wrap or a kitchen towel, set in a warm place (like the top of the stove) and let the dough rise for 20 minutes. Put 2-3 inches of oil in a measuring cup or deep bowl. Using an ice cream scoop, dip the scoop in the oil and then scoop out dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Continue this process until all dough is gone. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top of each roll, cover with kitchen towel and let rise again for about 20 minutes, bake in oven for about 18 minutes (they should sound hollow when tapped on and be golden brown). Makes about 14 rolls. Serve with ghee or any GF/CF butter substitute.
