Roasted Broccoli - GFCFSF

1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
4 Tablespoons oil of your choice (I use organic olive, but coconut works well too)
3-5 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper, to taste
juice from 1/2 a lemon

Place the broccoli florets in a pan big enough to lay florets in a single layer. Drizzle oil, salt and pepper, red pepper and chopped garlic over broccoli. Using your hands, coat broccoli with oil and seasonings, especially the tops of the florets. Add more oil as necessary.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, turning halfway. Sprinkle with lemon juice while still hot and serve.
