Roasted Grapes - GFCFSF/SCD

These are naturally sweet but if you are serving them with something spicy you can drizzle a little honey on them before baking.

2 lbs red or green seedless organic grapes, rinsed
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
10 Fresh thyme sprigs

Lay clean grapes on paper towels to help them dry. Cut grapes into small groups. Gently toss grapes with oil, thyme, salt and pepper. Place in pan and roast at 425 for 25 minutes or until wrinkly.
