Roasted Red Pepper Pesto
- 2 red bell peppers
- 3/4 cup slivered/sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh marjoram leaves
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts (try to buy Italian, not Chinese!)
- 2 tablespoons shallots
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
Perfect for GFCFSF pasta, grilled meat, a crudite dip or a sandwich spread!
