Sausage with Onions and Peppers
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup sliced peppers
In a pan, add oil and cook sausage on medium until done through, remove to a plate.Â Add garlic and cook until soft.Â Add onions and peppers and cook until soft and slightly caramelized.Â Serve with sausage over rice.
