Sausage with Onions and Peppers

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Oil
  • 1 cup sliced peppers

In a pan, add oil and cook sausage on medium until done through, remove to a plate.  Add garlic and cook until soft.  Add onions and peppers and cook until soft and slightly caramelized.  Serve with sausage over rice.
