Simple Egg Salad
- GFCFSF Mayonnaise (I use Hellman's Canola)
- GF Sweet pickle relish (optional)
- Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Place eggs in pot, cover with water. Boil 10 minutes. Let cool. Peel eggs and chop. Mix all ingredients and serve on GFCFSF bread or lettuce wraps.
