Spiced Pecans


Great alone as a snack or on salads.  Warning - these are addictive!

  • 2 tablespoons Earth Balance Soy Free Margarine
  • 6 ounces pecans
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar


Melt margarine and mix all ingredients in bowl.  Pour onto baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes until pecans are light to medium browned.  Do not burn.

I have served these at superbowl parties many times and they are eaten faster than I can make them!
