Strawberry Lemonade Ice Pops - GFCFSF
I came across these Ice Pop baggies, called Zipzicles, from a friend's Facebook page and immediately placed my order. This recipe would work for any popsicle mold but these are a fun change for summer.
4 cups organic strawberries
1/4 cup water
3-4 tablespoon honey
4 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Rinse berries well. Remove stems and cut in half. Place fruit in blender with honey and lemon. Blend, adding water as needed. The mixture should be pourable but thick, and smooth.
Using a funnel, fill Zipzicle bags (or popsicle molds) and freeze at least 6 hours. Makes 10 ice pops.
