Strawberry Smoothie

  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 mango, skinned (or if using mango juice, reduce other liquid by half cup)
  • 1/4 cup GFCFSF So-Delicious coconut yogurt (flavor of your choice) - optional
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)


Throw everything in a blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy.

Smoothies are a very versatile recipe and if you need to hide supplements or protein powder (pea protein, pumpkin seed, chia seed), this is a great way to do it! 🙂
