11 lb organic free range turkey(thawed and rinsed)
2 cups of all natural Turkey broth
Rub in sea salt to turkey, then dry and rub with Earth Balance soy free margarine, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash table blend and a little more sea salt. Cook it in a slow cooking roasting pan with 2 cups of Turkey broth, cook it at 225 for 10 hours I used this type of roaster.
