Triple Berry Popsicles

  • 1/4-1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice



Combine blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, andsugar in a pot.  Cook on medium heat until berries release some juice.  Lightly smush with a potato masher to the consistency you like.  You could also put this into a blender and purée until smooth, about 30 seconds, and even run it through a strainer to remove the seeds, if desired.

After removing from heat, add lemon to taste. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until frozen solid.
