Turkey Egg Salad

(uses leftovers of the Herb Roasted Turkey Breast)

  • 1 Turkey Breast, chopped
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 large carrots, peeled, steamed, and pureed
  • 1/2 cup gfcfsf mayo (like Hellman's Canola Mayo)
  • salt and pepper to taste.

 

Mix all ingredients together.  Serve on GFCFSF bread or lettuce.
