Veggie Chicken Salad

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked
  • 1 lg zucchini, steamed
  • 1 lg yellow squash, steamed
  • 6 md carrots, steamed
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped

 

Grind cooked chicken until fine. Puree zucchini, squash, and carrots. Add mixture to chicken. Add Celery. Add salt and pepper to taste.
