Come and learn about Naturopathic Medicine, and The GAPS Diet – “A perfect recipe for gut healing”

GAPS stands for Gut and Psychology Syndrome. Developed by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride and based on the premise that gastrointestinal dysfunction is a major underlying contributor to behavioral and developmental issues of childhood.

The GAPS diet is a comprehensive lifestyle change that heals the gut and assists in the reduction of chronic health concerns; through the elimination of specific foods that feed abnormal gut flora, and the addition of other foods that nurture and heal the intestine. The GAPS diet can put you and your child on the road to true recovery.

Bacterial and yeast overgrowth produce toxins that damage the gut, overstimulate the immune system and interact with the brain.

DYSBIOSIS – LEAKY GUT – IMMUNE DYSFUNCTION – NEURO-TOXICITY – NEURO-INFLAMMATION

We hope to see you there!
