Brittany Rader, MEd, BCBA, LBA

Brittany Rader has over a decade of expertise in the field of autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), beginning as a behavior technician working directly with individuals with developmental delays. She has focused most of her career on early intervention services, staff training and development, curriculum design, and quality measures to improve effectiveness of ABA services. Brittany is passionate about her work and believes ABA provides a tremendous opportunity for individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential.

In her current role at Behavioral Framework, she is responsible for defining, implementing, executing, and managing strategic plans that ensure the proper systems, processes, tools, and training are in place to maintain exemplary ABA therapy is consistently provided to all clients, ultimately determining the clinical success of the organization.

Brittany has made significant contributions to the field through her research in behavior analytic practices. She also served on the Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) ABA Standards Review Committee and Autism Commission on Quality (ACQ) to assist in developing their accreditation standards.

Brittany is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA, LBA). She earned her master’s degree in special education and Applied Behavior Analysis Graduate Certificate at George Mason University and her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Randolph-Macon College.
