Position Overview
We are seeking a Subscription program Coordinator to help build, launch, and operate a digital subscription offering. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who has experience coordinating the setup and ongoing operations of a subscription or membership model within a startup, nonprofit, or growth-stage business.
This role blends digital operations, marketing coordination, and member experience and is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, managing details, and ensuring a high-quality subscriber journey from day one.
Essential Functions
Subscription Setup & Launch
- Coordinate the setup and launch of a digital subscription model, including pricing tiers, enrollment flows, onboarding communications, and content delivery schedules.
- Partner with marketing, programs, and technology teams to ensure systems are configured correctly (CRM, payment processing, email automation, content platforms).
- Maintainlaunch timelines, checklists, and readiness milestones.
Subscription Program Operations
- Coordinate ongoing subscription activities such as monthly content releases, workshops, and virtual events.
- Manage recurring workflows to ensure consistency, quality, and timeliness.
- Track enrollment, engagement, andretentionmetrics and surface insights.
Member Experience & Support
- Support subscriber communications and coordinate responses to member questions or issues.
- Collect and synthesize member feedback to inform continuous improvements.
- Help ensure a seamless and positive end-to-end member experience.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve asa central pointof coordination across marketing, programs, finance, and technology teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and digital platforms as needed.
- Document processes and standard operating procedures as the subscription model matures.
Reporting & Improvement
- Support basic reporting on subscription performance (growth, engagement, retention).
- Assistwith testing and iteration of messaging, offers, and delivery formats.
- Help transition the subscription model from launch phase to scalable operations.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2–5+ years of experience coordinating digital programs, subscriptions, memberships, or recurring-revenue offerings.
- Experience supporting or helping launch a subscription or membership model in a nonprofit, startup, or business environment.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Comfort working across digital systems (CRM, email platforms, payment tools, content or learning platforms).
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
- Familiarity with subscription or membership metrics (retention, churn, engagement).
- Experience supporting digital content, online learning, or virtual programming.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary range: $45,000–$56,000,commensuratewith experience.
- Benefits package including health benefits, paid time off, and holidays.
