Bill has 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor and consultant supporting growth industries and high value clients across health, technology, financial and energy industries, and leading cutting-edge and dynamic companies in a broad range of industries.
A recognized leader in the government contracting space, Bill continues to support the development of new entrepreneurial GovCon firms as well as larger, more established companies and their investors. With more than a dozen mergers and acquisitions to his name, Bill has supported buy-side and sell-side engagements as an analyst, broker, and principal.
With the strong belief philanthropy is a part of good citizenship, Bill is the founding principal and President/Chairman of the Thought Leadership & Innovation Foundation (TLI), a non-profit focused on driving innovative thinking and action on global issues relating to health, education, and economic empowerment. TLI is committed to fostering transformative change and improving the health and well-being outcomes of communities across the world. Through TLI Bill supports a wide range of charitable initiatives in health and community projects.
Together with his wife, Casandra, Bill joined a team to create Autism First, a family support and therapy organization for Northern Virginia families with children diagnosed with autism and related developmental disorders.
Bill resides in Virginia with Casandra and their three sons.
