Description
Join us for an important TACA Legal Clinic focused on Progress & Accountability in special education. This session will help families better understand how to measure progress, recognize when an IEP is not being properly implemented, and know what steps to take when services are missed.
Parents are often told a child is “doing fine,” but it can be difficult to know whether that truly means your child is making meaningful educational progress. This clinic will break down what to look for, what questions to ask, and how to advocate effectively.
