Description

This talk explores underlying medical conditions that can drive or worsen autism symptoms and how treating those issues can improve behavior, learning, and quality of life. Lanier Rossignol shares research, clinical experience, and her own family’s story to show that many “just autism” behaviors may actually be signs of treatable medical problems like gut issues, mitochondrial dysfunction, seizures, oxidative stress, and cerebral folate deficiency.
