Jim Prohaska joined the Angels in heaven on Saturday, October 28, 2023. His legacy will live on in our hearts forever. Jim’s family was the joy of his life. He lived each and every day with a zest for life! He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to so many. He touched people’s hearts with his genuine, kind, and most generous spirit.

Max is 16 years old and lives in Newport Beach, California. Jim deeply loved him and his family. Max is happy and thriving. He is well taken care of by his mother, Samantha, and his father David. Violet, his sister loves him dearly and supports him with her compassion and companionship. Max loves spending time with his family, swimming, and watering the garden. He loved his grandpa, Jim, very much. He spent time with his grandpa in Ohio, in California, and on many family vacations.
In lieu of flowers, Jim’s family is requesting you honor him by making a donation to The Autism Community in Action (TACA) to help other children with autism.
