- 1 cup Arrowhead Mills GF all purpose baking mix
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg or 2 small ones
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/8 cup canola oil or safflower oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 small banana
Whisk liquid ingredients, add dry ingredients to liquid and whisk until well blended. Melt margarine on low heat, pour in batter, cover with lid and cook until soft.
