Part of an assessment that may help to inform the IEP team about appropriate interventions is what’s called a functional behavioural assessment, or an FBA. , when an FBA, we’re focusing on identifying the function behind the child’s behaviour, we’re also focused on developing an appropriate and effective intervention to address that root cause.
