A New Chapter: Introducing TACA Pathways

Dear TACA+ Member,

For many years, TACA+ has helped families access trusted information, education, and support on their autism journey. We are incredibly grateful for your membership and for being part of the TACA community.

Today we’re excited to share an important update.

TACA+ is now transitioning into a new program called TACA Pathways — an expanded subscription experience designed to give families even more tools, education, and resources

What This Means for You

As a current TACA+ member, you will receive complimentary access to TACA Activate of the new Pathways program for a 30-day transition period starting today.

TACA Activate includes many of the benefits you currently enjoy, along with new tools and resources that were not previously available through TACA+.

As a thank-you to our existing members, you are among the first families to experience the expanded Pathways program. This transition period is designed to give you time to explore the new platform and decide which membership level works best for your family. You can access the platform and begin exploring starting today.

After the 30-Day Experience Period

At the end of the transition period, you will be able to choose the membership level that works best for you:
• Continue with TACA Activate ($18/mo or $180/year)
• Move to TACA Inspire ($9/mo or $90/year) or TACA Elevate ($35/mo or $350/year)

Explore the benefits of each Tier.

After the 30-day transition period, we will send you a secure link where you will need to update your payment information to continue your membership. No action is needed until then, and no automatic price changes will occur without your consent.

If you decide the new Pathways membership is not the right fit, you will always be able to cancel your subscription. Legacy annual subscribers who prefer a refund for the unused portion of their subscription may contact our support team for assistance.

A Note About the New Website

As part of this update, TACA is launching a new website experience. Your account will continue to use the same email address, but the login page and account dashboard will look different as part of the new platform.

Here are answers to frequently asked questions about TACA’s Pathways

What is TACA Pathways?

TACA Pathways is a new membership program that expands upon the resources previously offered through TACA+. It provides families with structured access to educational tools, trusted information, and additional support designed to help guide them throughout their autism journey.

Why is TACA replacing TACA+?

As TACA’s programs have grown, we recognized the need for a more flexible membership structure that allows families to access different levels of education, tools, and resources.

Pathways allows us to expand our offerings while continuing to support families at every stage.

When will this change happen?

TACA Pathways launches alongside our updated website, with full program details available at launch.

What happens to my current TACA+ membership?

All active TACA+ members will receive complimentary access to TACA Activate of TACA Pathways for a 30-day transition period once the program launches.

This allows members to explore the new platform before deciding which membership level works best for them.

Do I need to do anything right now?

No action is required at this time.

When Pathways launches, we will provide instructions if any account updates or payment confirmations are needed.

Will my price automatically increase?

No.

Members will receive a link to the Pathways page where they can explore membership options and make any desired updates. Continued paid access will only occur if a member chooses to enroll in one of the paid Pathways levels.

What membership options will be available?

TACA Pathways will offer four membership levels:

• TACA Start
• TACA Inspire
• TACA Activate
• TACA Elevate

Each level provides a different set of benefits and resources.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time.

What if I have an annual TACA+ subscription?

Annual TACA+ subscribers will also receive the 30-day TACA Activate transition access.

If a member decides not to continue with a Pathways membership, they may contact TACA support to discuss options, including a refund for the unused portion of their annual subscription.

Will my login information change?

Your account will continue to use the same email address, but the login page and account dashboard will be updated as part of the new website experience.
