Upon passing the California Bar Exam in 2008 and becoming licensed to practice law, Damian began his own practice, one focused on helping clients dealing with difficult life challenges. Damian’s primary area of practice was in family law, litigating numerous paternity, custody and visitation, child support, and dissolution of marriage cases in California Superior Court throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties. Damian has also represented clients in foreclosure defense, domestic violence restraining order, and criminal defense matters.The philosophy that every person, no matter his or her position or status, deserves a learned advocate when facing adversity is a guiding principle in Damian’s approach to the practice of law.
