Description

In this heartfelt and practical session, Christa Robaina shares her family’s journey of using food to support her child with autism. Starting with a gluten-free, casein-free diet, Christa gradually learned about other food triggers like glutamate and histamine—and how they can impact behavior, digestion, and overall health.

She explains how certain foods can cause inflammation in the body, and how removing those offending foods can help lower inflammation and support healing. Whether you’re just beginning or ready to dive deeper, Christa encourages families to start where they are—one step at a time or all in.

You’ll walk away with relatable advice, simple strategies, and practical tips to help you make the most of your dietary changes—while nourishing your child with real, whole foods that make a difference.
