MISD Building-South Entrance, Room 104

An internet search shows that there are hundreds, if not thousands, of treatments available or promoted for treating children with autism. With so many choices, it is difficult for many parents to know which treatment to choose for their child. Dr. Rossignol will review a new evidence-based method to evaluate treatments with the goal of picking the most effective and best studied treatments. While there is no guarantee that a particular treatment will benefit a child with autism, those who attend this presentation will leave with a written copy of the treatments most likely to help speech, social interaction, self-stimulatory behaviors, sleep, irritability, hyperactivity, attention and more. This recorded presentation is a great starting point for those beginning their medical journey and refresher for those who have stalled and looking for fresh ideas to restart. Free journey guides are available to new families in attendance. RSVP so we can save you a seat!
